The Lincoln University Technical College  (UTC), which is jointly supported by Lincoln College, the University of Lincoln and Siemens, specialises in engineering and core science for 14 to 18-year-olds.

This £6.75m project was led by Willmott Dixon whom constructed a brand new bespoke facility and undertook the renovation of the grade ll-listed Greestone building which was originally constructed as a school for girls in 1893.

The new build – a modern three-storey facility built in the space between the Tythe Barn and the rear of the Greestone Building – has been built using limestone, which is synonymous with Lincolnshire.

It will house specialist teaching spaces including engineering workshops and science laboratories.  Architects for the Project were John Roberts Architects  of Lincoln.
