Derry Ltd are delighted to have been appointed for the M&E design and installation of a second facility at the Nottingham Science Park. This innovative new building will provide premium office space for research and development companies in the East Midlands.
Having worked together on a similar project at Compass Point in Market Harborough, long-time partners Wilmott & Dixon appointed Derry Ltd for the new project, to create a consistent approach and leverage their recent experience.
Senior Services Engineer Stuart Hill of Wilmott Dixon said ‘The use of BIM in Derry Ltd’s designs has shown them to be a very progressive company and possibly ahead of some of their larger peers within the industry.
‘They’ve used the latest sustainable technologies to ensure that our customer will take over a ‘low cost in use’ facility.
‘Derry Ltd will also be showcasing the Organic Response lighting system in the finished works – a truly flexible lighting control and energy saving system that is perfect for our Customer’s needs’.
