Derry Ltd secure prestigious MEP Design & Build contract for The Other House in London's iconic Covent Garden.
Working once more with Ellmer Construction, we have now commenced the Design Phase of this landmark project.
The wonderful island site will undergo a complete refurbishment of seven separate historic buildings, (including a former rectory) to restore it to it’s original splendour. As part of the refurbishment, a further three floors will be added affording stunning views across central London and in addition, a beautiful inner glazed atrium will be created.
Located moments from the famous piazza, The Other House Covent Garden will be the revolutionary lifestyle brands’ second venue and will offer it’s signature Club Flats alongside a destination bar, casual bistro and a rooftop bar. A private Members’ Club will offer a restaurant and bar, a wellness centre, and hi-tech gym.
The Other House aims to offer residents a ‘home’ whether staying for a day or a year with access to interior designed Club Flats, beautiful spaces to drink and eat and exclusive access to a Private Club.
The Other House, Covent Garden is scheduled to open in 2024 with Design led by Architects, Falconer Chester Hall and Interior Designers Bergman Design.
