Embracing the stylish industrial aesthetic, this £2.5m project involved a major refurbishment and complete façade replacement to create premium contemporary office space.
The scheme design, led by Ben Adams Architects and main contractor Tolent Construction, was to provide a multi-tenant working environment with exposed fabric and services, complimented by LED lighting throughout. Using 3D design software, Derry Ltd created a carefully considered design that met both the functional and aesthetic briefs, and co-ordinated installation of the highest standard.
